“Song of the Sea,” Swan 112-003, blends Germán Frers pedigree with a 2023-24 Nautor Swan Service refit, delivering a yacht that is genuinely turn-key. A Southern Spars carbon rig with hydraulic in-boom furling, new 2024 Navtec rod standing rigging, and Rondal captive winches give shorthanded crews full control while preserving the performance expected from a super-sloop of this calibre.

The raised-deck cockpit flows into a 360-degree panoramic saloon finished in satin teak and marble highlights; new LED lighting and a 2024 Sonos system add a contemporary touch. Accommodation comprises a full-beam owner’s suite aft plus three ensuite guest cabins, while two forward crew cabins ensure privacy and professional service.

Technical upgrades include twin 42 kW Northern Lights generators (one brand-new in 2024, the second recently rebuilt), dual water-makers (Sea Recovery 544 l/h with Schenker backup), overhauled Condaria A/C plant, and fresh electronics featuring Simrad 5G radar, B&G Zeus charting and Starlink connectivity. Hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, a beach-club transom, side boarding ladder and Highfield 500 tender round out a specification suited to world cruising or premium charter.
